What is Pilates?
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph H Pilates. His exercise method involves breathing, stretching and strengthening combined into a total body wellness program done on specially designed apparatus, which helps improve posture, flexibility, balance and creates a more defined shape.
